Our co-partnership

Our partnership Schmidt Gottschalkson established in summer 2006 through the merger of partners and staff some large business consulting and law firms is currently represented by a team of  3 employees and 3 attorneys  in Potsdam. The law firm's clients include a variety of medium-sized companies as well as institutions and individuals. Our consultancy services cover legal advice for projects and transactions our clients are faced with from day-to-day.
 
Buildung on consultancy services with a strategic and visionary approach we provide our clients innovative solutions to complex problem situations on legal and business issues. We believe that a trustfull cooperation with our clients is the basis of our success. Working with optimized and unbureaucratic procedures, we ensure true flexibility to allow immediately for every client's specific needs.
 
When dealing with interdisciplinary and international problems for our clients acting abroad we closely cooperate with a network of notaries, auditors, tax advisors and management consultants in and outside Germany.
 
Due to large and fundamental experience in judicial proceedings we are also able to ensure  a competent companienship in the case of litigation beside advice and extra-judicial safeguarding of interests.
